This completely renovated 18th century farmhouse is a paradise of more than 3,000 m2, in the middle of nature in a privileged environment to enjoy the calm, between Figueres and Roses, and only 15 minutes from many of the attractions of the Costa Brava. It has a large outdoor dining area, fenced pool, outdoor jacuzzi and large garden, as well as large indoor spaces.
On the ground floor there is a large open room with access to the games room with ping-pong table, billiards, table football and darts. On the same floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom, a triple room with bathroom and a quadruple room. It also has a toilet with shower. From this floor, the garden is accessed through a large porch equipped with two barbecues, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, along with the large dining table.
On the first floor there is a spacious dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with fireplace and a cozy living room with sofas, TV, DVD and free wifi. On this same floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower: 2 double bedrooms with two single beds, a quadruple room with double bed, sofa bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with double bed. All rooms in the house (except the quadruple room on the ground floor have ceiling fans). Outside this floor there is a spectacular terrace with a table and chairs, from where you can see the views of the pool area.
The house has a large garden of 3,000 m², 5x10 m swimming pool, chill-out sofas, outdoor jacuzzi to contemplate the stars, hammocks under the shade of century-old trees, large porch and children's area. It also has a pantry area a large freezer. The location of the house is unbeatable and you can enjoy the calm of the environment.
Mas Garballer does not allow the charging of electric vehicles, under any circumstances, through the electrical system of the house.
In 2023 it was awarded the prize for the best tourist accommodation for families at the Premis Gironins de Vil·les i Apartaments de Vacances.
