Located in Pujals dels Pagesos, a rural village with less than 20 inhabitants and very quiet 5 minutes from Banyoles and 20 minutes from the beach. Manor house with
different rooms in which to enjoy the tranquility of the environment. In one part of the house live the owners, dedicated to agriculture and the other part is dedicated to rural tourism, guests can enjoy the whole outside because while the house is occupied the owners do not use it. It has a
swimming pool and a large terrace with two spaces.
On the ground floor there is the
large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, TV room, large living room, recreation room with large windows that allow you to enjoy the
views of the surroundings and a covered terrace at the top of the House. The whole house has
heating and free wifi. There is air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms and in the living-dining room.
The first floor has
4 bedrooms - which can be with double beds or with separate beds -
with its own bathroom for each room. There are two triple rooms and two double rooms.
There is a
large garden with indoor pool and a
large covered terrace with barbecue, surrounded by wonderful views of the countryside and the mountains. In this environment, the house becomes an ideal place for children or to enjoy a celebration with friends. On the terrace there is outdoor dining furniture as well as a table with low chairs for relaxing. The pool area has sun loungers for lounging or sunbathing.
Inside the property of the house we find a
large room for special celebrations with a maximum capacity of 60 people with 3 bathrooms (women, men and disabled). The air-conditioned celebration room features chairs, tables, barbecue, fireplace, 60 "TV, crockery, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stereo. This room has an additional cost, it is not included in the booking and it is necessary to book in advance even if you have the house booked.

The house is in a small neighborhood. It has a surface of 166 m2, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Outside swimming pool of 4,5x9,5 m and 1,50 m depth.
Big 2000 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 24 m2 terrace and another 50 m2 covered terrace.
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 2 cots and 1 high chair that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 40€ supplement per dog and stay. We support a maximum of two.
