Mas Espígol is a restored house with an exceptional taste and a very current style, where
brightness and simplicity have been prioritised. The house, surrounded by fields and cypresses, is located on the outskirts of the
city of Figueres,just at a 15
-minutes walk from the Dalí Museum, close to the
beaches of the Costa Brava and a few kilometers from
Besalú, Banyoles and the city of
Girona.When entering the house we find an
open space composed by the living room, the kitchen (equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and complete sets of crockery for the whole group) and a dining room, where the fireplace is the protagonist and where we also find an imposing
50-inch smart TV, the large table for food and a kitchen that, following the style of the house, is bright and pleasant. This space has
large windows from which you can enjoy
views of the garden and the swimming pool. On the same floor we also find a double bedroom and a bathroom.
On the second floor we find the rest of the 5 double rooms (two of them overlook a shared terrace with fantastic
views of the pool, the city of
Figueres and the mountains that border
Cadaqués on the horizon). The house has air conditioning in all rooms.
The exterior of Mas Espígol enjoys a large
green space with
a garden of 3,000 squared meters, where tranquillity and privacy are the protagonists. Right next to the front door is placed a large games room with
table tennis, billiards, table football and a dartboard, where young and adults can have a good time. In front we find an area with natural grass and the pool, with a
chill-out area covered with sofas and a hammock . Right in front, a space that, like the rest of the house, has been
taken care of in detail where a large wooden table
invites you
to make great meals and a barbecue with dishwasher, sink and refrigerator so you don't miss anything. This space is covered and the
views of the countryside are spectacular.
Outside we also find
two football goals, a bathroom, a volleyball net, a basketball hoop and a trampoline, which will make the stay completely unforgettable.
