Mas El Boscà Nou is a cozy country house placed in the volcanic area of La Garrotxa, overlooking Puigsacalm, El Turó del Mallol, on the volcano of Sta. Margarita and El Croscat. In an ideal place for hiking and calm lovers. The owners live next to the property, with separate access and independent spaces that guarantee privacy.
On the ground floor there is the bright entrance, a triple bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, a bathroom and the games room, where there is the billiards. All this floor has direct access to the garden and has privileged views of the surroundings.
On the first floor there is a
large open space with the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The room has a smart TV and fireplace, and the brightness and warmth of its decoration will make you feel at ease.
On this floor there is also 1 triple bedroom (with a double and single bed) and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are the remaining 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower: 3 triple rooms with a double bed and a single bed and a last triple room also with three single beds.
The garden is extensive, well cared for and fresh. You can enjoy the shade of the trees and bushes and the swimming pool (10 m long, of which 8.5 m are 1.40 m deep and the rest is a small beach 0.40 m deep). The barbecue area (built) has very wide views of the surroundings and from there you can enjoy the calm and nature like in few other places.
