Mas Badó is an isolated farmhouse located in a
rural environment ideal for those who want to maintain
constant contact with nature . On the outskirts of the town of Vilamarí, just 10 minutes from Banyoles and 20 minutes from Girona. The house has a
large outdoor area with garden, swimming pool , children's play area, basketball and football court.
On the lower floor there is a
common space with a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with
a fireplace and TV. There are also 4
bedrooms , three of them triple and one double and two
bathrooms with shower. The house has mosquito nets, heating and
wifi .
Upstairs there is a second fully equipped kitchen where you can also eat, a living room with smart TV and fireplace with access to the magnificent terrace with views of the surrounding fields. There are also the rest of the rooms: 1 double suite (with a bathroom with shower), a double with an extra room and a triple. We also find a common bathroom with a bathtub.
The outside of the house is, without a doubt, the place where you will want to spend most of your time, there is a
large garden area, an enclosed swimming pool , a children's area with
swings and a slide . There is also a
football court, basketball, outdoor table tennis, volleyball net and a pétanque court . In the same outdoor space, we have a porch-house with barbecue, table for eating, fridge,
billiards and table football . There is also a shed with a table and benches to eat, very pleasant in the summer and at night enjoying the cool weather. You also have a quartet of washing machines with a laundry room. The property has a covered outdoor parking area for 8 cars.
