Vila Monells is an original house with a swimming pool in
the middle of the square of the medieval village of Monells , in the Baix Empordà, the setting for films and one of the most visited medieval legacies in the area. The house, typical of the village, is decorated with modern and exquisite touches and is located
25 minutes from the beaches of Begur and Pals.On the ground floor we find the large entrance and a quadruple room, with a double bed and two comfortable single beds that can be added as needed. This room also has a bathroom with a shower.
We access the first floor by the spiral stairs, where there is the open living room with the TV,
fireplace , dining room, kitchen and direct access to the pool and the patio, where we find a table, sunbeds and a stately balcony that it overlooks the town square where in the past it is certain that more than one proclamation was made. Outside there is also a barbecue and a space for outdoor dining.
On the second floor, also connected by a spiral staircase, there is the second bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with bathtub and air conditioning.
An ideal house to
enjoy quiet village life with the most exquisite comforts.La Vila Monells does not have parking inside the property. You can access the square to load/unload luggage, but with great caution as the streets are very narrow. There is a free parking area 100 meters from the house.

Maximum capacity: 6 people, of which 2 are accommodated in an extra bed.
The house is nside the village. It has a surface of 185 m2, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Outside swimming pool of 6x3 m and 2-3 m depth.
85 m2 terrace .
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 1 cot and 1 high chair that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 40€ supplement per dog and stay. We support a maximum of two.

Outdoors designed to enjoy them: Pool with chlorine , house totally fenced, charcoal barbecue , 2 sunbeds.
All the household goods you need: Bed sheets, blankets, towels , crockery and cutlery , wineglasses , glasses, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper , kitchen paper , cleaning kit , clothes line .
Also thought for the little ones: 1 cot (prior reservation) , 1 high chair.
Comfort and good temperature throughout the year: Fireplace, firewood fireplace , heating, air conditioning (some rooms), stand fans.
