La Canova is a
fully restored house from the 18th century, located in the Sant Martí neighborhood,
in Sant Miquel de Campmajor. Surrounded by mountains, meadows and nature in the Vall de Campmajor, it is
15 minutes from the natural park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone and 10 minutes from Banyoles, an ideal destination for lovers of nature, outdoor sports and quiet ality
The house maintains the rural essence with
stone walls, wooden ceilings and a minimalist and well-kept decoration that highlights the original elements. On the ground floor of the house there are 3 double bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with single beds that share a private bathroom. The house has a second side access through which you can also access the first floor, where on the ground floor there is a quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds, an auxiliary kitchen (stove not available) and a bathroom with shower
On the first floor there is a
large high-ceilinged room where you will find the kitchen with American bar, fully equipped, the dining area with a long table for eating together and a sofa area with TV and fireplace. In this same space there is a courtesy bathroom. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and two double bedrooms with two single beds. From the rooms on the first floor, the ground floor is accessed via stairs where there is a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and an auxiliary kitchen. From this space there is an exit to the outside on the side of the house.
The house has a
large garden overlooking the Vall de Campmajor and in front of the hermitage of Sant Martí de Campmajor, surrounded by pasture fields from where you can see the cows a few meters away (please do not approach the farm animal area).
Next to the pool is the barbecue area with a wooden table to eat together. In one of the porches of the garden there is a
spa area with an outdoor jacuzzi, ideal for enjoying the environment in the middle of nature. Outside you can also enjoy table tennis, football goal and volleyball net.
