La Balma

Balma returns to Naturaki after being
completely renovated and redecorated with
new spaces as well as an
outdoor pool that becomes the star of the garden surrounding the house. An old
charming house located in the center of the village of Pedret i Marzà, in the Alt Empordà.
Entering through the main door of the house, on the ground floor, we find a
guest bathroom and the stairs leading to the upper floors.
The first floor is dominated by a
large living-dining room equipped with a fireplace. The dining room leads to the
kitchen, which has also been completely renovated and equipped and has an exit to the
terrace with a covered
outdoor dining area, a
barbecue area and a
small chill-out with breathtaking views of the Empordà plain. From the living-dining room, you can also access the
4 bedrooms, all of them with an en-suite bathroom: one double room and three triple rooms.
All the rooms in the house, as well as the bedrooms, are equipped with air conditioning / heat pump.
On the second floor, we find a
games room distributed in different spaces. On one hand, there is the
ping-pong table, a
children's play area and a small
library with a
reading area with plenty of natural light. On the other hand, there is a second space equipped with a
pool table,
table football and a second
living room with access to another covered terrace with incredible views of the surroundings.
The
exterior of the house is an oasis where you can enjoy calm and tranquillity with differentiated spaces for all the group needs. Entering the property, we find a
parking area for about 5 cars. On one side of the house, there is an
outdoor play area with football goals and a badminton net. On the other side of the house, there is the
outdoor pool with its sunbathing area and, right next to it, a
large covered chill-out area where you'll find your moment of relaxation.
