What can you do in Vilac and its Holiday cottages?

One of the main charms of Vilac is its historic center where you can still see houses with wide balconies and wooden coffered ceilings. Its Romanesque church is one of the few in the Vall d'Aran that has sculpted figures on its portal. From the church square you can enjoy magnificent views of the mountains of Sarraera and the banks of the river Nere.

Visit the church of Sant Félix

Built in the 12th century, the church of Sant Fèlix is one of the best exponents of the Romanesque style in the town. The building has a structure of three ships separated by four arcades. On the other hand, the portal of the church is a whole architectural and sculptural reference. During the 14th century, the bell tower was built, attached to the west wall of the church and in a baroque style.

Take a route to the viewpoint of Ribera de Salient

From Vilac you can take several routes that will allow you to discover a unique natural environment. We recommend that you take the route that goes to the Ribera de Salient viewpoint. It can be done both on foot and by bike and throughout the journey you will be able to enjoy unique vegetation. Once you reach the viewpoint, you will have access to magnificent views of Vielha and Mijaran. In the area you will also find a picnic area.
