Roman vestiges have been found in the Roman town of Sant Amanç. The first written documents where the municipality is named are from the year 1063. Agriculture is one of its main economic activities. Cereal crops, vineyards and olive trees stand out. In the historic center of Rajadell is the castle mill dating from the 11th century. Very close by is the church of Sant Iscle and Santa Victòria, a 14th century building that was rebuilt in the 17th century. Visit the Roman village of Sant Amanç

On the outskirts of Rajadell is the Roman village of Sant Amanç. This village is built on terraces and abundant Roman, Iberian and medieval remains have been found. The passage of the C-25 road divides this site into two sectors. On one side in the northern area is the residential part while in the southern area is the more industrial and working part.
