One of the main attractions of Puigdàlber is the peace and calm that reigns in the atmosphere. Throughout the term there are paths and trails that pass through the cultivated fields and allow you to take long walks in silence. On the other hand, the orography of the terrain is good, which makes it easier to do mountain bike routes. It is worth trying the local products and local cuisine from the village restaurants.
Vine cultivation is one of the main economic activities in Puigdàlber. In fact, a large part of the territory is occupied by cultivated fields. We recommend that you visit one of the wineries in the town where you can see the vineyards and the whole process of making wine and cava. Once the visit is over, you can taste some of the local wines and cavas accompanied by tapas and snacks.
A legend says that in Puigdàlber two bells full of gold were found, which were originally from the Roman city of Malta. There is no evidence of this fact, but archaeological remains have been found that certify that the town has its origins during the Roman expansion across the Mediterranean. In the center of town you will see the church of Sant Andreu. It was built in 1942 on an old Gothic style temple.
