L'Arboç is a municipality that throughout its history has enjoyed numerous concessions and privileges as a public notary and Jewish call. Today, certain traditions are kept alive such as the handmade manufacture of pillow laces. In fact, you can visit the Museu de Puntes de Coixí, where you can see some of the collections of pieces made in the municipality.
If you want to enjoy nature, around the town you will find several hiking and cycling routes . On the other hand, if you're looking to swim in the sea, near l'Arboç are the beaches of Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú. L'Arboç is well known for its wine and cavas production. You can take guided tours of their cellars and learn the entire wine and cava production process.
Modernism has left its mark on Arboç. If you walk through the town center you can visit the Palau Gener i Batet, the House of the Town or the hospital of Sant Antoni Abat which was renovated in a modernist style in 1911.
Near the monument to Abbot Escarré you can see the Giralda building. It was built at the beginning of the 20th century with the intention of making a replica of the Giralda of Sevilla but on a smaller scale. Inside the same building you can see a reproduction of the courtyard of the Lions and the hall of the Ambassadors of the Alhambra in Granada.
