Capdella is a small municipality. However, there are several buildings that have great architectural value. One of the most outstanding buildings is the Romanesque church of Sant Vicenç. It dates from the 11th century and has a square bell tower and an apse that has Lombard arches that are made of limestone. In 2008 it was declared a Cultural Property of National Interest.
