Sorry, but we don't have any accommodation near Bausen
In the territory of Bausen you can find an old bridge that is believed to have been built in honor of Renat, King of Naples and Catalunya. In 1823, the town suffered a great fire that destroyed the entire village and forced it to be rebuilt. Strolling through the town's cobbled streets you will see paths that lead into the surrounding woods. You can visit the Era Honeria refuge which is on the banks of the Toran river and where you can enjoy a magnificent riverside landscape. On the other hand, don't forget to try some typical products of the area such as forest fruits or sausages.
Bausen is surrounded by nature parks with lush fir and beech forests. This allows you to do all kinds of outdoor activities. If you like adventure sports, you can approach the Bausen Ravine. It's perfect if you're looking to get started in canyoning. The crossing lasts an hour and a half and includes slides or waterfalls.
One of the best-known buildings in Bausen is the church of Sant Pèir ad Vincula. It is a building from the beginning of the 18th century. The gable of its Renaissance door with an embedded fragment of a Roman cinerary stele stands out. Another very interesting building is the parish of Santa Eulàlia or the chapels of Sant Roc and Santa Anna.
