The
Fontarnau Rural house is located in the middle of the Plana de Vic, in the village of Sentfores, 10 minutes from Vic and less than an hour from Barcelona. Located in a wooded and elevated area, at the beginning of the western mountain ranges of the Plana de Vic between Sentfores and Muntanyola, it is a pleasure to enjoy the
privileged views of the Montseny natural park, the Matagalls peak and the Guilleries. The small house next door is where the owners live, with completely different entrances and always respecting the privacy of the guests.
The building dates from the 17th century and consists of the exterior and the first floor. The stately entrance features a grand staircase leading to the first floor, where you'll find the
living and dining room with fireplace and Smart TV. The brightness of the room, the spectacular views of the surroundings and the warmth of the rest area where you can enjoy together by the fire stand out. Next to it, there is the large
fully equipped and renovated kitchen, presided over by large windows. From the living room, you can access the balcony overlooking the garden and the pool, an ideal space to enjoy the fresh air and nature.
The large staircase landing, covered by a colored stained glass window, leads to the bedroom area.
The house has 3 bedrooms: two triple bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed and a double room with a small dressing table. In this area, we also find a complete French-style bathroom, with a toilet separated from the shower tray and bathtub.
All the rooms of the house have heating.
The
exterior of Fontarnau Rural invites you to enjoy nature: a large
garden, a
children’s playground with swings, the
swimming pool with panoramic views, and the
barbecue area equipped with a water point, dishwasher, extra tableware, a table and chairs for a pleasant outdoor meal with all the comforts. The place is ideal for enjoying with family and friends, going on hiking and mountain biking routes, unwinding, and connecting with tranquillity.
