charming town house located in the municipality of Casserres, right in the heart of the Berguedà region,
perfect for enjoying the calm and tranquillity of its environment: surrounded by natural spaces, mountains, and just 15 minutes away from the town of Berga.
This house is an old hotel that has been converted into a cosy whole-house rental, specially designed
for families or for retreats and workshops. The
spacious common spaces and
fully equipped rooms guarantee comfort and functionality in a peaceful and authentic setting.
On the
ground floor there is a large
living room with a fireplace, connected to a large
semi-industrial kitchen with stainless steel finishes. On this same floor there are also
two guest bathrooms and a pantry equipped with two refrigerators, a dishwasher and a laundry area. The kitchen opens onto a spacious indoor
dining room with direct access to the garden.
On the
first floor there is a resting area, with
five bedrooms, all with private bathrooms: four triple bedrooms and one double bedroom. All rooms have
heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort all year round.
On the
second floor we find a large
living room with a TV and a play area, a
guest bathroom and a
triple bedroom with a private bathroom. The large windows of this floor fills the space with natural light and offers spectacular views of the Casserres surroundings. This living room is a versatile space,
ideal for group activities, retreats or workshops.
The
outdoor garden, presided over by the
swimming pool with the mountains of Berguedà as a backdrop, invites you to relax and enjoy nature. It also has a
barbecue area and a large table for al fresco dining with the whole group.
