I offer sessions of Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga, and meditation, tailored to the needs of each person or group during the stay.Traditional Chinese Medicine approaches health in a holistic way, connecting physical, emotional, and energetic aspects. I work with a precise energetic diagnosis and distal acupuncture (Master Tung and Dr. Tan’s Balance Method), achieving accurate, often immediate and long-lasting results, complemented by herbal medicine and energetic dietotherapy. This approach is especially suitable for stress, fatigue, digestive disorders, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalances, and common physical pains.
I have been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over twenty years, with an approach based on classical traditions, where body, breath, and attention are integrated with depth.
My experience combines yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine in various cultural contexts, having lived and worked in Menorca, India, Japan, and Zanzibar.
I offer:
