Caseta de Fusta is located in an urbanization of Cornellà del Terri, a village halfway up the mountain and the sea. A place where you can enjoy the lake of Banyoles or the emblematic bridge of Besalú and its medieval village.
The Caseta de Fusta, or wooden house, as its name suggests, is
all built of wood, which gives it a special feeling of warmth and comfort. This material makes it a
sustainable, ecological house with low energy consumption, having an A nZEB (almost zero energy consumption building) classification.
On the ground floor we find a very large and bright open space with kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. It has direct access to the porch with barbecue and the garden, where you can enjoy the hammock, table tennis, small mini-golf or the football goal. On the same floor there are
two double bedrooms, one with two single beds, and each with its own bathroom with shower. After the rooms you will find its
spectacular indoor heated pool (approximately 30ºC) with underfloor heating and air bubble outlet. At night, enjoy the LED lights of different colours that you can adapt to the environment you think is most convenient.
On the second floor there are
two triple bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single bed and the other with three single beds, these rooms share the same bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is the
games room, with table football and billiards to make your stay complete.
The house has
underfloor heating, air conditioning and indoor air regeneration system that makes you always enjoy clean and pure air even if the windows are closed.
In 2021, it received the award for the best sustainable villa at the
Premis Gironins d'Apartaments i Vil·les de Vacances.
