Casa Samaria is a
charming village house in the center of the town of Pals, a unique location in one of the most emblematic medieval towns of the Baix Empordà and only 5 minutes from the beach. After uts recent complete renovation, the house has become a
small haven of tranquility, ideal to enjoy with the family in the heart of the Costa Brava and with all the comforts.
The house, delicately decorated with minimalist features and neutral tones, is distributed over
two floors and has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a large living-dining room with sofa, Smart TV, large table to eat all together with fireplace and air-conditioned.
The kitchen is open, fully equipped and modern in style. There is also a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are
four double bedrooms, some of which still have the authentic hydraulic tiled floor of the house. The rooms are divided into two en-suite rooms with a double bed and bathroom with shower and two rooms with two single beds. This floor also has a bathroom with shower and
all rooms have air-conditioned. From one of the double rooms there is an access to the
solarium terrace on the first floor, a quiet corner to sunbathe or rest in the fresh air.
Its
exterior is the soul of the house, with an idyllic swimming pool, surrounded by a large porch where you can enjoy meals all together and another smaller one with a
chill-out area. There is also a wide corridor with vaulted ceilings and stone walls, which leads directly to the main entrance of the house from the street. Near the house there is a public car park and a blue zone where you can park.

The house is nside the village. It has a surface of 237 m2, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Outside swimming pool of 7x2,5 m and 1,20-1,90 m depth.
Cozy 100 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 50 m2 terrace and another 100 m2 covered terrace.
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 1 cot and 1 high chair that we can prepare for free.
Animals are not accepted at this house.

Outdoors designed to enjoy them: Pool with chlorine , charcoal barbecue , 6 sunbeds, hammock.
All the household goods you need: Bed sheets, blankets, towels , hand towel, crockery and cutlery , wineglasses , glasses, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper , kitchen paper , cleaning kit , clothes line .
Also thought for the little ones: 1 cot (prior reservation) , 1 high chair, children's bathroom stool.
Comfort and good temperature throughout the year: Fireplace, firewood fireplace , heating, air conditioning (the whole house).
Technology in case you want to stay connected: Free wifi, flat screen TV , smart TV .
Fully equipped kitchen: 1 fridge, 1 freezer, dishwasher and soap tablets , oven, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, electric mixer, induction stove, washing machine , iron and ironing board.
