Casa Samaria is a
charming village house in the center of the town of Pals, a unique location in one of the most emblematic medieval towns of the Baix Empordà and only 5 minutes from the beach. After uts recent complete renovation, the house has become a
small haven of tranquility, ideal to enjoy with the family in the heart of the Costa Brava and with all the comforts.
The house, delicately decorated with minimalist features and neutral tones, is distributed over
two floors and has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a large living-dining room with sofa, Smart TV, large table to eat all together with fireplace and air-conditioned.
The kitchen is open, fully equipped and modern in style. There is also a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are
four double bedrooms, some of which still have the authentic hydraulic tiled floor of the house. The rooms are divided into two en-suite rooms with a double bed and bathroom with shower and two rooms with two single beds. This floor also has a bathroom with shower and
all rooms have air-conditioned. From one of the double rooms there is an access to the
solarium terrace on the first floor, a quiet corner to sunbathe or rest in the fresh air.
Its
exterior is the soul of the house, with an idyllic swimming pool, surrounded by a large porch where you can enjoy meals all together and another smaller one with a
chill-out area. There is also a wide corridor with vaulted ceilings and stone walls, which leads directly to the main entrance of the house from the street. Near the house there is a public car park and a blue zone where you can park.

Very pleasant stay
Very quiet, pleasant and comfortable village house, well equipped, the kitchen had everything necessary, the only thing that did not work properly was the orange juicer.
Shame about the bad weather, we couldn't enjoy the patio.
We will have to return to be able to enjoy the patio and the pool.

Christmas
We spent Christmas at Samira's house and it was fantastic. We asked for Christmas decorations and we got them, the house is very comfortable, it is just like the pictures, the kitchen has everything, the rooms are very comfortable. The only downside was the weather, it rained every day and we couldn't see the living nativity scene, although on Christmas morning we were able to visit Pals. Thanks for everything, Dolors.
