Casa Rural Muntuliu is located in Casserres, a
small town in the heart of the Berguedà region. The location is ideal to enjoy the great surroundings.
10 minutes from Berga, 15 minutes from the Baells reservoir and less than 1 hour from the ski slopes of La Molina. The house, completely renovated and new, is located on the outskirts of the village, on a small hill overlooking the natural park of Cadí-Moixeró and the Catalan Pyrenees.
The accommodation consists of a ground floor, first floor, an outside porch and a large extension of garden. On the ground floor of the house we find a
diaphanous space with a dining area and a fully-equipped, modern style kitchen and chill area, with sofas, TV and fireplace. This area of the house stands out for the amount of natural light from the large windows, overlooking the pool and the mountains. On the same floor there is
a double bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and also a courtesy toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two are triple rooms with double bed and single bed and bathroom with shower and a quadruple room with single beds and bathroom with shower.
The whole house has aerothermal to provide good air conditioning at any time of the year. The refurbishment has focused on
sustainability, quality materials and is designed to offer the best comfort to guests all year round.
The outside of the house is ready to enjoy the good weather and with maximum comfort. The
salt water pool presides over the view of the entire territory. In the 5,000 square meter garden, there is a
football goal, a volleyball net and a small ping-pong table. On the porch is the
outdoor dining area, equipped with a long table, fridge, barbecue, sofa area and a bathroom, an ideal space to enjoy with family and friends in the middle of nature.
