Casa rural El Pi

Where everything is close: museums, beaches and hiking

House located in Vilabertran, where you will enjoy peace and quiet at only 15 minutes away from beaches, museums, hiking trails and much more. With a modern decoration but without losing the detail of the stone walls and the Catalan vaulted ceilings, this small village house offers warmth and comfort in each of its rooms. It also offers a garden with swimming pool to enjoy the outdoors.

The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor, we find a large open space with the living room with fireplace, TV and DVD and the dining room with a fully integrated kitchen. This floor has access to the garden presided over by a large pine (that gives name to the house) and the swimming pool. When we step out, we will find a porch with a table to eat and a chill-out area with sofas.

On the ground floor, there is also a terrace with a built-in barbecue and a complete bathroom with shower.

On the second floor is where we find the 3 rooms, two double bed ones and one with two single beds. In one of the double rooms there is space for an extra bed. There is also a lounge equipped with armchairs overlooking the garden and pool, and another bathroom with shower. The house has free wifi and heating.

At the top floor, there is a solarium terrace overlooking the main garden, the village and the Canigó massif. A small village house with an unbeatable location so that you enjoy the calm and tranquillity of the surroundings.

When and how to make the payments for the reservation at Casa rural El Pi?

To be able to confirm the reservation, you will need to make a payment of a downpayment of 25% of the total reservation by card, bank transfer or using a bonus or gift check.

Casa rural El Pi does not offer the option of online check-in, therefore check-in will be done directly with the homeowners upon arrival at the house. The first person in your group to arrive at the house will need to make the remaining payment and sign the contract. You can pay the rest of the outstanding amounts such as the tourist tax, the deposit and the rest of the rent:

In cash at your arrival at the house directly to the house owners.
By bank transfer. If you choose to pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer, you will find the bank details of the homeowners in the booking confirmation email to make the payment.

How can I request the invoice for the stay?

If you want to have the invoice for your stay at Casa rural El Pi, you will have to provide the data you want to appear on the invoice directly to the homeowners and at the end of the stay, they will prepare the invoice and they will send it to you.

Please note that this accommodation can legally only issue invoices to individuals. Casa rural El Pi cannot issue invoices to companies.
