House located in Vilabertran, where you will enjoy peace and quiet at only 15 minutes away from beaches, museums, hiking trails and much more. With a modern decoration but without losing the detail of the stone walls and the Catalan vaulted ceilings, this small village house offers warmth and comfort in each of its rooms. It also offers a garden with swimming pool to enjoy the outdoors.
The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor, we find a large open space with the living room with fireplace, TV and DVD and the dining room with a fully integrated kitchen. This floor has access to the garden presided over by a large pine (that gives name to the house) and the swimming pool. When we step out, we will find a porch with a table to eat and a chill-out area with sofas.
On the ground floor, there is also a terrace with a built-in barbecue and a complete bathroom with shower.
On the second floor is where we find the 3 rooms, two double bed ones and one with two single beds. In one of the double rooms there is space for an extra bed. There is also a lounge equipped with armchairs overlooking the garden and pool, and another bathroom with shower. The house has free wifi and heating.
At the top floor, there is a solarium terrace overlooking the main garden, the village and the Canigó massif. A small village house with an unbeatable location so that you enjoy the calm and tranquillity of the surroundings.
Maximum capacity: 7 people, of which 1 is accommodated in an extra bed.
The house is nside the village. It has a surface of 140 m2, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Outside swimming pool of 8x4 m and 2,10 m depth.
Cozy 250 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 30 m2 terrace .
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 1 cot and 1 high chair that we can prepare for free.
