Casa Palangrers has spectacular views of the bay of Roses, right on the beach. The house is very well connected, it is located in Roses, 30 minutes from Figueres. Both natural parks: Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, make this area a great attraction on the Costa Brava.

The property is distributed on several levels and has a capacity for 10 people. At the foot of the street there is a private garage with capacity for one vehicle, "not suitable for tall cars or vans" and going up some stairs there is the pool and the large garden that surrounds the house. On this same level, the ground floor of the house offers a large games room with a billiard table, table football, a large TV screen and the laundry area.

From the first floor, at the entrance of the house, you access the 3 double bedrooms, decorated in a sailor style with Mediterranean touches, two of them with two single beds each and the other with a double bed, which share a large balcony overlooking the pool and facing the sea. On this same floor there are two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub  and the other with a shower.

The entrance stairs lead to the second floor, where there is the large dining room with noble furniture, but modern decoration and Nordic style, dominated by a large window overlooking the bay of Roses, a majestic fireplace, a large table where all guests can eat and a Smart TV. Next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and table and chairs for the best meals. On the same floor there is also a complete  bathroom with shower.

On the third and last floor, you'll find the attic, a 40 m2 room with a single room that can accommodate four people, with a double bed and two single beds. The access stairs to this floor have a low ceiling and must be climbed carefully. Both this room and all the others and the dining room have a Smart TV and air conditioning with heat pump.

Outside has a magnificent infinity pool with sea views and the beautiful garden, carefully designed with native and Mediterranean plants that combine perfectly with the open sea views. The house also provides guests with two paddle surf boards. Just 30 meters from the house, you can enjoy Palangrers beach, an idyllic corner to enjoy the sea and water sports. Free public parking is available 200 meters from the house. In the public car park of the Port of Roses there is an electric vehicle charger.

Pleasant experience despite minor inconveniences

We liked everything, the only thing is that the dishwasher doesn't wash well (some of the dishes we took out of the closet were washed by hand. There was mould in the cafeteria and we couldn't use it. Also, keys alone are not enough for a large group. Everything else is great! Thank you, we hope to come again ??

Fantastic

The stay has been fantastic. We have been very comfortable. The house well equipped, tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable, terraces with beautiful sea views, the pool and the outdoor space very pleasant. The only drawback is that there is only room for one car in the garage. However, you can park nearby. The surroundings are very quiet, with the beach and a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended.

Majestic seaview

We stayed with 5 children and 4 adults and we had the best time. The house itself is very nice, clean, and very well maintained: neither the doors nor the windows make any noise when using them, the sea wind never finds a way in. The children had the best time in the game room with playing pool and outside in the swimming pool that, although presented as salty, feels very pleasant. The terrace is wide, and having breakfast or lunch outside with a majestic sea view everywhere you look is the best feeling. There is a small but nice sand beach across the street where you can sunbathe, swim, look for fish among the rocks, or 'sub'. Also, all the organization (booking/contact/refund deposit, etc.) goes very smoothly. A few remarks: 1) Having only one key is not very practical. 2) The location of more than a kilometer of walking distance from the center of Rosas makes it less easy to go for a quick visit over there with little kids. 3) A second table outside on the other side of the terrace would make it more enjoyable for lunch/dinner (more shade in the afternoon on that side). 4) We read that there was a lack of shade outside near the pool, but nowadays that is not the case anymore due to a large sail that hangs above a part of the garden. 5) Be aware that the gate of the garage folds itself towards the inside; you have to park the car deep enough. 6) The dishwasher doesn't work well enough and seems odd/cheap out of place compared to the rest. Overall, very good house in perfect condition in a very nice surrounding; kids had the best time, thanks!

What time can we check in and out of Casa Palangrers?

The usual check-in time is at 5pm and the usual check-out time is at 11am. On Sundays and bank holidays, you can enjoy the house until 5pm.
