Casa Palangrers has spectacular views of the bay of Roses, right on the beach. The house is very well connected, it is located in Roses, 30 minutes from Figueres. Both natural parks: Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, make this area a great attraction on the Costa Brava.

The property is distributed on several levels and has a capacity for 10 people. At the foot of the street there is a private garage with capacity for one vehicle, "not suitable for tall cars or vans" and going up some stairs there is the pool and the large garden that surrounds the house. On this same level, the ground floor of the house offers a large games room with a billiard table, table football, a large TV screen and the laundry area.

From the first floor, at the entrance of the house, you access the 3 double bedrooms, decorated in a sailor style with Mediterranean touches, two of them with two single beds each and the other with a double bed, which share a large balcony overlooking the pool and facing the sea. On this same floor there are two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The entrance stairs lead to the second floor, where there is the large dining room with noble furniture, but modern decoration and Nordic style, dominated by a large window overlooking the bay of Roses, a majestic fireplace, a large table where all guests can eat and a Smart TV. Next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and table and chairs for the best meals. On the same floor there is also a complete bathroom with shower.

On the third and last floor, you'll find the attic, a 40 m2 room with a single room that can accommodate four people, with a double bed and two single beds. The access stairs to this floor have a low ceiling and must be climbed carefully. Both this room and all the others and the dining room have a Smart TV and air conditioning with heat pump.

Outside has a magnificent infinity pool with sea views and the beautiful garden, carefully designed with native and Mediterranean plants that combine perfectly with the open sea views. The house also provides guests with two paddle surf boards. Just 30 meters from the house, you can enjoy Palangrers beach, an idyllic corner to enjoy the sea and water sports. Free public parking is available 200 meters from the house. In the public car park of the Port of Roses there is an electric vehicle charger.

Idyllic weekend

This weekend has been perfect. We have enjoyed a beautiful house, very well decorated, with comfortable beds and rooms with lots of natural light. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the house has everything necessary for comfortable living, as well as unbeatable views. We have been able to spend a quiet and very pleasant weekend. The only small inconvenience could be the parking, as only one car fits, but luckily it is easy to find parking nearby. There are also supermarkets very close by and the hosts have everything very well prepared so that you don't lack anything and know what to do at all times. I would definitely go back! Thank you very much for everything!.

Magnificent stay

We were a group of ten friends for 2 nights and the house is spectacular. To start, the views are amazing and it's in a very quiet area of Roses. We really liked how big and spacious the house is. When we arrived, the beds were made and everything was super clean, something very important to us. Nothing is missing in the house, there is cutlery, blankets, firewood... everything you can imagine. I want to emphasize again that the house was spotless because it's a lot of work to keep it that way. To put a downside, we arrived at night and a friend fell into the ditch under the pool because you can't see anything at night (the pool lights, as it was not the season, were off). She got some bruising and was in pain. It might be interesting to put a little light near the ditch, or a small wall on each side of the ditch or even a pot with plants so that it can be seen better (it's a suggestion). Otherwise, everything was great.
