Casa Bagueny, located in Torre Valentina: a residential area in Sant Antoni de Calonge, in the heart of the Costa Brava, is a house
recently and completely redecorated with great taste and marine touches that give it a special charm. It has all the comforts and is only
a few meters from the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge.
Through the
main floor, one can access a hall that leads to a
triple bedroom with a private bathroom, a
guest bathroom, the
kitchen and a spacious
dining-
living room with a fireplace. The living room is connected to a
terrace with a chill-out area where you can enjoy spectacular
views of the sea. Both the dining room and the kitchen, which are connected to each other, have direct access to the garden and the porch, where we find a large outdoor dining area and a large chill-out space. From the hall, stairs lead to the lower floor.
On the
lower floor we find a distributor that gives access to the
games room, which will delight young and old, equipped with a pool table, foosball, darts and an arcade machine. On this floor we also find
two bathrooms (one full bathroom with a shower and another bathroom equipped with three sinks, two showers and two toilets), the
rest of the rooms -4 double rooms and 1 triple room-, and a
laundry area with washing machine, dryer and a second refrigerator.
Outside, the house has a
garden and a swimming pool, a
heated jacuzzi with sea views, a
barbeque area, a
porch with outdoor dining and a chill-out area, a large
parking area with capacity for about 8 vehicles and an outdoor play area with a
basketball net and a
ping-pong table.

The house is nside the village. It has a surface of 320 m2, with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Outsite swimming pool of 8x4 m and 0,90-1,80 m depth.
Big 700 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 10 m2 terrace .
Relax in the jacuzzi-spa area, with capacity for 5 people.
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 2 cots and 2 high chair that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 40 € supplement per dog and stay. We support a maximum of two.
