Can Vilà is a house in the village of Sant Mori,
10 minutes from the beach and close to paths, fields and nature. Tastefully renovated, the house becomes functional, bright, and full of warmth. With its touch of modernity while maintaining its origins, you'll feel right at home.
The entrance of Can Vilà greets us with a smell of wine cask and wood that transports us to times past. On the
first floor, the main floor, we find the heart of the house, the spacious
dining room with air conditioning that leads to the
4 bedrooms: two triple bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom) and two double bedrooms. From the
TV room - which connects to a small playroom ideal for the little ones - you can enjoy delicious sunsets over the mountains. In the
kitchen, modern, functional, and fully equipped, you can enjoy the pleasure of cooking with love. All rooms, as well as the TV room, are equipped with ceiling fans (except one of the double rooms which is equipped with air conditioning). On this same floor there is also a second
full bathroom with shower.
The
garden is presided over by the large
turquoise swimming pool surrounded by green artificial grass, aromatic plants, and the song of the birds. The
porch and
barbecue area is spacious, cool, and clean and has Venetian blinds for even more privacy. Next to the porch is the
game room, also equipped with ceiling fans, where you can have a great time playing
table football, pool, and air hockey, and
which can be accessed from both inside the house and from the garden.
