Can Tuta Vell, located on the outskirts of the village of Salitja, in the county of La Selva, is just a few minutes drive from the city of Girona and some of the best beaches on the Costa Brava. This house,
recently renovated with exquisite taste, stands out for its
brightness and for a simple but detailed
decoration, which gives it a lot of
warmth and maximum
comfort.
On the
ground floor we find a
fully equipped kitchen open to a
dining room that connects with a spacious
living room with a fireplace, a
guest bathroom and
2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower (one of them with a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility).
On the
first floor there are
3 triple bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and very bright and
each has its own complete bathroom with shower tray.
All rooms in the house are also equipped with air conditioning / heat pump.
Outside the house there is a
parking area within the same estate, an
outdoor dining area under the porch with direct access to the indoor dining room and an extensive
garden presided over by a large
outdoor pool fully fenced, a space equipped with a
volleyball net and the
barbecue area.
The owners of the house have the renowned
Mas Bes Farm next to the house, where the little ones will enjoy
visiting the farm animals and the older ones can
taste a great variety of local products and own production. Guests of Can Tuta Vell have a small discount on farm visits.

For the little ones, we have 1 cot and 1 high chair that we can prepare for free.
