Fully restored, it is divided into two separate apartments with independent separate entrances: the upper floor is the rental property, while the ground floor is where the home owners live, who work in agriculture and livestock farming. The house features a private garden and swimming pool exclusively for guests, ensuring maximum privacy during their stay.
The house has a capacity of up to 12 people and is distributed on a single floor. It features a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, and a bright room with a TV, children's foosball table, and billiards. Around the living room, there are 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms: two triple bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom), one double bedroom, and one quadruple bedroom.
