Can Sorna is located in the heart of
the Vall de Llémena,
between Girona and Olot, in an ideal setting to enjoy calm, nature, hiking and silence. Decorated with carpentry details made by the home owner and old tools, the house becomes warm and bright. Inside its large fully fenced garden we find many entertainment options: a
fenced swimming pool, a multi-sport court (tennis, basketball and football), a sand
volleyball court and even a
petanque court!
The house
has a 14 people capacity and is divided into two parts: the apartment and the main house.
On the ground floor of the
main house we find a large entrance, a
living room with a TV, a
double bedroom, the
living room with an imposing stone
fireplace, the
dining room, a fully equipped
kitchen with direct access to the outside, and a
bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are
4 bedrooms: two double bedrooms (one of them with access to a terrace with idyllic views), a triple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a single bedroom. On the same floor, there are also two additional shared bathrooms.
In the apartment we find
2 bedrooms (one single and one triple bedroom), a
bathroom, and a
living room with TV and fireplace.
All the rooms in the house and the apartment are air-conditioned.
The
exterior is very extensive. In addition to all the entertainment available in the garden, there is also a
large porch with a
barbecue, a
wood-burning oven and large tables to eat (with stoves for the winter) and a
games room with
foosball table,
billiards and a
ping-pong table.
