Can Roc is a
fantastic farmhouse located on the outskirts of the village of Arenys de Empordà; surrounded by nature in the middle of the countryside, in a privileged setting of calm;
only 20 minutes away from the beaches, Banyoles, Figueres, Girona and Torremirona Golf. The staggered garden is a paradise of plants and flowers, where you can enjoy the sound of nature in its pure essence. The interior of the house is spacious and bright, making the perfect tandem between sobriety and simplicity.
On the ground floor we find the spacious and warm lobby with Catalan vault ceilings, which leads us to the right towards the kitchen, which has an island that will delight any cook. It has an open access to the large dining table, which communicates with the bright living room with a fireplace. On this same floor we also find a reading room, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds (the bedroom has a ceiling fan) and a games room.
The whole house has heating and free Wi-Fi.On the first floor we find the main bedroom –with way out to the terrace– with double bed, dressing room and
bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. We also can find a first zone with two bedrooms with two single beds each that communicate and a bathroom with bathtub, a second zone with two bedrooms –one with double bed and one with two single beds– with a bathroom with bathtub, and a third zone with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have ceiling fans.
In the highest part of the house we find a magnificent luminous loft presided over by a pool and a rest area.
The extensive garden is a paradise of calm, where the saltwater pool and the chill out area are the protagonists. Below the outdoor area we find the large and practical built-in barbecue with the table and the exterior porch. We also find a
table football, ideal for entertaining the warm days!
