Can Pou de Les Olives is the living reflection of rural evolution,
an 18th century village house located in the village of Les Olives, in the municipality of Garrigoles. Its location is perfect to enjoy the tranquility of the area and the best beaches of the Costa Brava, such as L'Escala and L'Estartit just 20 minutes away.
The house, with a great family history behind it,
preserves the structure and architecture of the time, with Catalan vaulted ceilings in all the rooms which makes them cozy and pleasant.The main floor of the house is on the
first floor. The main access to the house is through the garden, up some stairs to the first floor where there is a
terrace with a barbecue and spectacular views of the Gavarres. Entering, we find a large
diaphanous space with an open and fully equipped semi-industrial kitchen, a long table and the air-conditioned living room, with a large sofa,
fireplace and Smart TV. In this same space there is also a
courtesy toilet and the washing machine. On the same floor, there are
two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: one double bedroom with a double bed and a triple bedroom with one double bed and one single bed.
On the
ground floor, accessed by an interior staircase, there are
two bedrooms: one double bedroom with a double bed, and one triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
All bedrooms are very spacious, have air conditioning, TV, private bathroom with shower and a small fridge.The
garden of the house is on the ground floor, a cozy and intimate area equipped with a
chill-out area and a large table to eat together. The swimming pool is the ideal place to enjoy your stay with family or friends during the hot months.
On the
second floor, up the external stairs from the first floor terrace,
there is a large games room equipped with a ping-pong table, billiards, table football and other entertainment games.
