Can Pons de Dalt is a
newly built house located on the outskirts of Brunyola, in the Selva region, just an hour from Barcelona and 40 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava.
The house is a single floor, known for its
brightness and a
minimalist decoration with light tones and wooden furniture that provide a sense of
warmth and comfort. The paintings that decorate the rooms pay tribute to the local product, the Brunyola hazelnut.
Upon entering the property, we find a
parking area shared with the owners, who
live in a separate independent building divided by a fence that ensures maximum privacy for guests during their stay.
The interior of the house is divided into two distinct areas: the day area and the night area. The
day area includes a wide open space that houses a
living room with fireplace, the
indoor dining room and a
recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen. From this room, you can access a
covered terrace with views of the nature surrounding the house.
In the
night area, we find the bedrooms of the house:
a triple bedroom and a single bedroom that share a bathroom complete with shower,
two double bedrooms with private bathroom and another
triple bedroom also with a private bathroom.
On the
outside, the house has a
porch with the outdoor dining area and barbecue, a
ping-pong table and a green area with two
football goals. At the back, we find a
trampoline and the
swimming pool area, totally fenced to ensure safety. Inside the swimming pool area there is a
porch with tables and chairs, a
chill-out area and
sunbeds with parasols to fully enjoy the summer.
The owners of the house are producers of hazelnuts with the
Girona Excel·lent seal and offer
guided tours to the hazelnut trees on the property upon prior request.
