Can Martinot is located Albanyà’s main square, a paradise of nature and history between the Alta Garrotxa and Alt Empordà, next to Bassegoda mountain and the Muga river. The murmur of the river flow and the bountiful nature are omnipresent when you are enjoying the outside of the house, privileges of a house by the river, where you can also take a swim.
The house consists of 4 levels with 5 bedrooms. Under the ground floor, on the same level as the exterior terrace and with independent exterior access, there is a dining room with table football, billiards and darts. The main entrance of the house and the garage is on the ground floor, at street level, where we find the dining-living room with fireplace and sofas, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one with a double bed and three with a double bed and a single bed. In the attic of the house there is another room with a double bed, two single beds and a bathroom. The house has heating and wifi.
The house consists of a large terraced garden with barbecue area. The garden consists of different levels that take us up until a shortcut to access the river, where you can refresh in summer. The space is ideal for children because they can swim in the river, it’s clean, has a height of about 40 cm and in the same area there is also a football field and public park for children. The Muga river is famous for its passage through Albanyà due to its natural pools where you can swim from June throughout the summer. Just a few minutes walk, you can also swim in the pool of the camping from the town, where you can quietly sit on the terrace and have a good drink or eat something.
