Can Gabatx is located in the heart of the region of La Selva,
isolated and surrounded by virgin forests and hazelnut groves. Its location in the village of
Brunyola makes it strategic, close to the mountains, the sea , 20 minutes from Girona and 10 minutes from Girona airport.
The house is distributed in
4 floors and more than one hectare of outdoor garden. On the ground floor you will find a very large dining room and living room where you can gather all the family and friends, with a fireplace, a Smart TV, a large sofa surrounded by large windows that illuminate the whole room and overlooking the pool. The same floor is also equipped with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
On the first floor there are two beautiful triple rooms with a double bed and a single bed and on the second floor there are four bedrooms and a full bathroom to share: one triple room with oa double bed and a single bed and three double rooms with double beds.
All six bedrooms have private bathrooms. air-conditioning, wardrobes or dressing rooms and windows overlooking the garden.
On the third and last floor we find a magnificent open space as a games area, equipped with a billiard and a ping-pong table. The main charm of this room are the 14 windows distributed along the four walls that offer 360º views of the property.
The outside space is characterised by the
green garden, trees and well-kept plants. The covered barbecue area with sink will make your meals a special moment, under the shady and fresh vegetation. You will also find two football goals and a volleyball net to enjoy outdoor sports. The main feature outside is the
large swimming pool, protected by a wooden fence and ideal for cooling off during the hottest hours with views of the countryside and green forests surrounding the property.
The owners live on one side of the house, with a completely independent entrance. The swimming pool and all the outdoor space at the back of the house is exclusively for the guests who rent the house. The property also has a
small farm area where children can visit some of the animals.
The traditional house is ideal to enjoy the pure natural environment, isolated from noise with family and friends.
