Can Dispès is an
old renovated farmhouse that was previously a 4* rural hotel and is located in the village of Viladamat, in the middle of the Empordà plain. The location is fantastic to enjoy the natural and leisure attractions of the area,
such as the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, 15 minutes away, the Ruins of Empúries, 10 minutes away, or the main beaches of l'Escala and the Gulf de Roses a few kilometers away. The owners live next to the house, on the same plot but totally separate to offer maximum privacy.
The spectacular 19th century building has been
carefully restored and designed to offer the best experience of quality and comfort to its guests. We access the house from the Mediterranean-style interior courtyard, where we find the hall that distributes the different rooms. On the ground floor there is a
large dining room with a long table where you can enjoy meals together and a small corner with sofas and a fireplace. This same floor has two small auxiliary rooms with tables and chairs that give space and possibilities to all its guests. From the dining room you can access the
semi-industrial kitchen, fully equipped and with access to the outside terrace. The ground floor also has a large rest and leisure room equipped with sofas, smart TV, billiards and card table. This floor has
3 courtesy toilets and access to the elevator that connects to the first floor.
On the first floor are the
7 large rooms, each with its own name and decorated with exquisite taste and top quality: "Tramuntana", "Dalí" and "Amo" are rooms with double beds and their own bathroom with shower; "Sureda" is a triple room with a double bed, a single bed and its own bathroom with shower; "Garnatxa" is the quadruple room with two double beds and its own bathroom with hydromassage bathtub; "Tamariua" and "Tavallera" are two connecting rooms with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower each.
On the second floor you will find a courtesy toilet and the "Àtic" bedroom,
a triple room with three single beds.
All the rooms in the house are eqquipped with heating and air conditioning.The exterior of Can Dispès offers multiple possibilities for leisure and rest that every guest wants. Next to the house is the
multipurpose room (65 square meters) equipped with a gym and other equipment and machines for yoga and other activities. The room enjoys a lot of natural light. The large garden of fruit trees and Mediterranean plants offers rest spaces with chill-out areas, maritime elements and old farm equipment integrated into the space that give it a special charm. From the large garden you can access the
saltwater pool, an oasis of tranquility in every way. In the courtyard, at the entrance of the house, is the outdoor dining area, with a
large table, the barbecue and a covered space with chill-out sofas where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. The house has private outdoor car park shared with the property.
