Can Dalmau de Vila-Sacra is located in the center of this small town in the Alt Empordà. With a
privileged location due to its proximity to less than 15 minutes from the beaches of Roses and Empuriabrava, the city of Figueres and the Dalí Museum, we also find hiking trails and spaces such as
the Natural Park of Aiguamolls de l'Empordà.A beautiful two-storey
house completely renovated with high quality finishes
and details that combine the original stone with wood and iron, and a careful decoration that provides
a great feeling of warmth.On the ground floor there is
a large, very bright open space with access to the outdoor rom which we will have access to the outdoor patio. In it, we find a dining room and living room equipped with a large TV and the kitchen open to a second dining room
with a fireplace. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a billiard table.
The first floor is accessed by a spectacular glass staircase where we find
4 bedrooms: a large master bedroom suite and bathroom with shower and three double bedrooms with 2 single beds each, two of them have access to a terrace overlooking the outdoor patio and pool. The other room has access to a small balcony shared with the master bedroom. On the same floor there is a second bathroom with shower. Three of the bedrooms in the house are equipped with a TV.
The
outdoor patio is an oasis of peace, in the middle of the village, equipped with sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy the calm and tranquility, a solarium area and the
swimming pool. This space can be divided into two areas by the pool security fence allowing guests to open or close it at their convenience. It also has a nice charcoal barbecue.
