Can Dalmau is an authentic rustic village house located in Pedret i Marzà, in the very heart of Alt Empordà. Just 15 minutes from the beach and surrounded by three natural treasures: Albera Park, Cap de Creus and the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà. An ideal environment to disconnect and enjoy tranquility and nature, close to the main tourist attractions of the area.
The property consists of
two independent houses:
- One is rented in its entirety and is for the exclusive use of the guests.
- The other is the homeowners' residence, located right next to the swimming pool. The homeowners live on the upper floor with private and completely independent access.
All outdoor spaces —the garden, the swimming pool, the porch, and the play areas— are for private and exclusive use of the guests.The rental property has
7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, distributed over two floors:
On the
ground floor there is an
open kitchen to the dining room with a fireplace and TV,
2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, all bedrooms have an en-suite full bathroom.
On the
first floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, there is
1 triple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and
3 double bedrooms (one of them with its own bathroom), a small and bright
living room with TV, a
auxiliary kitchen, a
terrace with views to the garden and the mountains, and
2 more complete bathrooms.
On the
ground floor of the house where the homeowners live, and with direct access from the garden, guests can enjoy a spacious area with a
game room (with Catalan vaulted ceilings and stone walls) equipped with a
pool table and a
ping-pong table, and also a
large living room with TV. This space is exclusively for guests and is completely separate from the homeowners' residence.
Outside, there is a charming stone
porch with an equipped
outdoor kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer and barbecue), a large
dining table for outdoor eating, and a
chill-out area. Next to the
turquoise water pool, which is fully fenced, there is a
children's play area equipped with swings and a large
garden.
Moreover, on the estate there is a small herd of
calves that can be visited with the permission of the homeowners.
Can Dalmau is a perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and authenticity in the privileged natural surroundings of Empordà.
