Can Cunill is a comfortable and spacious farmhouse located in the municipality of Riudarenes towards the village of l'Esparra, surrounded by nature and calm, in an ideal place to unwind.
The
masía has, on the outside, a lush
garden of 8,000 square meters and
two swimming pools: one with a circular shape, treated with chlorine, ideal for the little ones and the other of 120 square meters, treated with salt.
Can Cunill is distributed in two houses: the main house and the small house. On the ground floor of the main house we find the dining room with 3 large tables, the simple and functional fully equipped open kitchen (even with barbecue), a large living room with TV and fireplace, a smaller one of Nordic style, 2 bathrooms (one auxiliary and one complete) and 2 bedrooms: one double with bathroom and one triple. From the living room, going down some stairs, we access to the parking lot where the
ping-pong table and
table football are. From the dining room, going up some half-hidden stairs, we come to one of the secrets of the house: a
turret with 360º views of the estate!
On the first floor there are 2 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with access to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, 4 bedrooms with two single beds and a triple bedroom with three single beds.
On the second attic floor, we find a small and original
yoga and meditation room with unbeatable views over the garden. All bedrooms in the house have air conditioning.
In the small house we find a bright living room with TV, an auxiliary kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Going up a spiral staircase we find the last room: a two single beds bedroom with bathroom.
The garden, full of vegetation, palm trees, rose bushes and many intimate spaces, is a delight: with 2 swimming pools, the
covered barbecue area where there is also a dishwasher, fridge and sink, a
chill out space at the exit of the dining room together with a table where you can eat comfortably and we even find a bathroom with two showers. In front of the main entrance, there is also a net for playing volleyball. In the garage, an electric car charger is at guests' disposal.
A
nice house with many possibilities to enjoy nature, calm and views of the hill of the castle of Argimon.
