"Nature, enjoyment and rest"

Can Cornellà is an isolated farmhouse restored meticulously and decorated with great taste, preserving the essence of the typical Catalan farmhouse but with all the modern comforts. It is located in the region of La Selva, an ideal place to visit the sea, the mountains or the cities of Girona or Barcelona. This farmhouse is surrounded by forests, fields and nature, something that will make you enjoy your stay. If you are a plane enthusiast, you'll love it! The house is located very close to Girona Airport, making it a privileged place from where to watch the planes take off and land.

As soon as you enter the house, on the ground floor, you'll find an impressive hall with a piano and one of the staircases leading to the upper floors. The hallway on the ground floor leads to the two living rooms -one equipped with TV and the other with a large fireplace retaining its original style-, a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, equipped with a fully adapted bathroom and a jacuzzi, 2 shared bathrooms and a dining room with a large wooden table where the whole group can eat. From the dining room, you can access the fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a second staircase leading to the first floor.

The first floor of the house is divided into two parts. From the dining room stairs, you reach the first floor where we find 2 bedrooms with a shared full bathroom: a double bedroom and a quadruple bedroom. From the stairs of the hallway (the main stairs) at the main entrance of the house, you can access 5 more bedrooms: three double bedrooms -one of which has an en-suite bathroom-, a triple bedroom also with its own full bathroom, and a quadruple bedroom. In this area of bedrooms, there are also 2 shared full bathrooms.

The main stairs lead to the second floor or attic where we find a double bedroom with private bathroom and a huge terrace offering magnificient views of the area.

Outside, you will find everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, including a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a table with chairs, and a games room with a pool table, table football and a fridge. Right in front of the house, there is a large space with wooden tables and hammocks, and inside what used to be a barn, a table that seats 12 people. On a higher level of the garden, you will find the barbecue with a large table and a a porch to shelter us from the sun and rain. For entertainment, there is a football field, volleyball court and a playground for the little ones.

Can Cornellà does not allow the charging of electric vehicles, under any circumstance, through the house's electric system.

We were a group of friends with respective families, we greatly enjoyed all the outdoor space of the house which is immense, and the house is well equipped with very large rooms. Highly recommended!.
