Authentic familiar stone house
in the heart of the village of Miànigues in Pla de l'Estany and only 5 minutes away from Banyoles. An ideal place full of common spaces where you can
enjoy in family the peace and quiet between its green and flowery garden and the tranquillity of the surroundings.
At the entrance, with the typical Catalan vaulted ceiling, we find the
billiard and the
table football. On the first floor we find the large fully equipped kitchen maintaining its original essence, with fireplace and open to the dining room. Also, a large living room with sofas that distributes 6 of the
7 rooms of the house: 1 double suite with bathroom, 2 interconnecting triples that share a bathroom, 2 double, 1 triple and two bathrooms. In addition, the house has seven standing fans at the guests' disposal.
On the second floor we find the 7th bedroom with air conditioning, double with bathroom and the large and bright TV room, also with air conditioning and with the best views of the whole house.
The garden is a green oasis where you can breathe calmly under the shade of the trees listening to the birds singing. At the bottom of the garden we find the
large modern and intimate pool and at the top the portable gas barbecue area next to the lemon tree and the table. An ideal place to enjoy nature with all the comforts.
