Can Casadevall is an
isolated house in the middle of a 10,000 m2 estate in La Selva region. Is is surrounded by nature but very well connected, next to PGA Caldes de Malavella Golf, to Girona and only one hour from Barcelona. The broad, bright and diaphanous common spaces will leave you with no words.
The imposing entrance distributes the house in three spaces: the living area with views of the pool, the bedroom area and the attic-study area with TV to enjoy the views. In the living room there is a large room with incredible views outside, with fireplace, and a marble table. The fully equipped kitchen gives way to a large covered porch with air conditioning, where the barbecue is placed, which can be used both in winter and summer. The house has
6 rooms, 4 bathrooms, heating and free wifi. Next to the room we find a room with two beds, a bathroom with shower, the
billiard room and the
ping-pong room.
In the bedroom area, there are the remaining rooms: three doubles (one of them with an en-suite bathroom), two triples (one of them also with an en-suite bathroom), and a shared full bathroom for the rest of the rooms. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The
pines are the outer stage of this house, which has a fenced area of
10,000 m2 where you can get lost. The garden is dominated by the original
triangular swimming pool, the
chill-out area with ceiling fans and the
table football. The house also has a
parking space and a petanque court.
