Cal Santu is
surrounded by fields and forests, at the foot of
Rocacorba and 10 minutes from Banyoles. It is the ideal accommodation for those who want to maintain constant contact with nature and enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped house. Located in Pla de l'Estany, you can enjoy both the mountains and the sea.
At the entrance of the house, there is a large
dining room connected to a brand-new, fully equipped
kitchen, and the
living room which has air conditioning, TV and fireplace. This room stands out for the amount of natural light from its large window. On the same floor, there are
two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor of the house there are the other
4 double bedrooms, three with double bed and one with two single beds. On the same floor there is a lounge with sofas and TV. There are also two complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
The whole house has heating and free wifi; the first floor has
air conditioning in the hallway, which helps regulate the temperature throughout the entire first floor.
The exterior of the house invites to spend long periods of time, under the pergola, under the oak tree or enjoying the
fenced pool with deck chairs. There is a barbecue area with a table and benches where you can eat. Nearby you can visit Sant Dalmau, a spectacular waterfall especially in the spring.
