In the heart of the Penedès, surrounded by vineyards and nature, Cal Pauet takes center stage with great facilities and comforts to enjoy the environment. The farmhouse has been carefully restored over the years and
is located 10 minutes from Vilafranca del Penedès and less than 30 km from the beaches of Calafell, Vilanova i la Geltrú and Sitges. The place offers a variety of wine tourism, hiking and gastronomy activities, among others.
The house has wide and bright rooms, common areas and
six rooms distributed over two floors and with a total capacity of 14 people. On the ground floor there is the large living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, an open and diaphanous space ideal for sharing time in company all year round. On the same floor there are three bedrooms: a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, a double room with a double bed and a wheelchair-accessible double room with two single beds.
All rooms have their own bathroom with shower. On the right side, there is a guest toilet, a laundry room and a second living room with sofa and TV. Both living rooms have ceiling fans.
On the first floor there are three more bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and a triple bedroom with three single beds. All three bedrooms have a private bathroom with a shower, except for one that has a bathtub. Through the outdoor terrace on the first floor, you can access the
magnificent games room, equipped with billiards, table football and a music system.The outside of the property, fully fenced, has a
magnificent saltwater swimming pool (with the option of fencing it, on request, at the time of booking)
, barbecue area with cold kitchen and a play area with soccer goals. The vegetation that surrounds the house conveys the peace and tranquility you are looking for. A few kilometers from the house, you can enjoy
hiking trails in the Castellot, the remains of an ancient castle that dates back to the year 977 and offers spectacular views of the entire Penedès region.
