La Calma de Rita is a stone house located in the small medieval village of
Vilert. Surrounded by fields and next to the
Fluvià river, it's an idyllic place where you can wake up to the sound of birds singing and enjoy breakfast under its
Catalan arched porch, with the murmur of the river as background music. It's just 20 minutes from
Besalú and
Banyoles, in the heart of the
Pla de l'Estany region.
The homeowner lives on the same property with completely independent access to assure guests' privacy.
The interior of the house exudes
history and good vibes. The decoration, with an eclectic romantic touch, will enchant you from the very first moment.
On the
ground floor there are
two dining rooms - a large one for the whole group and a smaller, more intimate one -, a spacious, vintage-style professional kitchen that will inspire you to cook delicious recipes, a
games room with a
billiard table and a
powder room.
On the
first floor there is a large
living room with a TV and fireplace with a grand sideboard worthy of the best antique dealer, and
4 bedrooms: three double bedrooms (one of them with exit to a terrace overlooking the garden) and one large quadruple suite.
On the
top floor, the
loft, there are
2 more bedrooms: one triple and one quadruple bedroom ideal for families or groups of friends.
All of the house's bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms.
The
garden and all its exteriors are a
little paradise in the style of the French countryside: flowers, scents, birds, nature and the ripple of the river. The garden has a
barbecue, a
swimming pool, and a
cool and cozy porch to enjoy at any time of the day. A place of calm where you can imagine past stories, daydream and heighten your five senses to the fullest.

La Calma de Rita, ideal for familiesBasic characteristics
Maximum capacity: 18 people, of which 1 is accommodated in an extra bed.
The house is nside the village. It has a surface of 500 m2, with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
Outside swimming pool of 2x6 m and 1,50 m depth.
Cozy 60 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 35 m2 terrace and another 23 m2 covered terrace.
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 2 cots and 2 high chair that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 40€ supplement per dog and stay. We support a maximum of two.

Outdoors designed to enjoy them: Pool with chlorine , house totally fenced, charcoal barbecue , sunbeds.
All the household goods you need: Bed sheets, blankets, towels , hand towel, crockery and cutlery , wineglasses , glasses, hair dryer, toilet paper , kitchen paper , cleaning kit , clothes line .
Games and entertainment for a funniest stay: Billiards, board games.
Also thought for the little ones: 2 cots (prior reservation) , 2 high chairs.
Comfort and good temperature throughout the year: Fireplace, firewood fireplace , heating, stand fans.
Technology in case you want to stay connected: Free wifi, flat screen TV , smart TV .
Fully equipped kitchen: 1 fridge, 1 freezer, dishwasher and soap tablets , oven, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster, juicer, electric mixer, gas stove in the kitchen adapted as a paella pan, gas stove, washing machine , iron and ironing board, kitchen mortar.
Come also with your best friend: Accept dogs .
