Cal Jaume is a fully restored house located
on the outskirts of Fals, in the Bages region,
just 10 minutes from the city of Manresa. A peaceful rural setting surrounded by fields that invite you to rest and enjoy nature.
Upon entering the estate, a tree-lined path leads to the house, offering a warm welcome.
The house has
spacious interiors with a classic and simple decoration that provides
warmth and comfort.
On the
ground floor, we find the garage, currently conditioned as a
large games room equipped with a
darts board, a
foosball table, a
ping-pong table and a perfect rest area to spend long afternoons.
The
first floor, which is the main floor of the house, has a large
living-dining room with plenty of natural light and equipped with air conditioning, a
fully equipped kitchen with a
fireplace and an integrated dining area. From the kitchen, you can access a
full bathroom with a shower, and a
chill-out area at the rear of the farmhouse from where a ramp leads to the barbecue area and the back garden.
The kitchen also communicates with the living-dining room via a
terrace located on the main facade, which offers pleasant views ot the swimming pool area.
On this same floor there is the
bedroom area, consisting of
two double bedrooms,
a triple room and a
shared full bathroom.
On the
second floor we find the rest of the bedrooms:
two double rooms with a shared full bathroom and a
very bright living room with spectacular views of the surroundings.
The
exteriors of Cal Jaume, distributed in different environments to enjoy every moment of the day, are one of the great attractions of this house. The
garden area, carefully detailed, surrounds the entire farmhouse creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere.
On one side of the house we find the
pool area, completely fenced and equipped with loungers and parasols for relaxed comfort. On the other side is the
barbecue and outdoor dining area, located under the shade of the trees, perfect for prolonging meals with after-dinner conversations in the cool with the whole group.
At the back, the old stables have been converted into a
football pitch goals, an ideal place for both adults and children to enjoy playing outdoors.
