Ca l'Hortalà is a modern house located in the quiet village of Tortellà, in La Garrotxa. Just
15 minutes from the volcanic area of La Garrotxa and 35 from Figueres and Girona. An ideal place to enjoy the calm and the greenest nature close to all services.
On the ground floor of Ca l'Hortalà we find the fully equipped open kitchen, an auxiliary bathroom and the TV room and dining room. The wood, the plants, the interior lighting and the simplicity of its decorative elements will make you feel very comfortable.
The whole house has underfloor heating and cold and heat pumps.
Going up the wooden stairs we reach the first floor, where we find a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and the second quadruple room -at three heights- with a very original and practical layout and garden views.
The exterior is modern and bright, surrounded by jasmine and aromatic plants. There is a
small heated pool opened from 1st April until 30th October (between 24 and 28ºC), a table under a pergola to eat quietly, a
barbecue and two sun loungers. An ideal place to enjoy the calm of the village while contemplating the green of the mountains on the horizon.
A few meters from the house you will find the municipal swimming pool, where in summer you can have daily access.

Very welcoming in a peaceful environment
We spent the weekend and we were able to enjoy the house more than we expected since it rained and we were forced to cancel the scheduled activities.
Just to say that we will book again as we still have the activities postponed due to the rain pending.

Stay in Tortellà
The house is exactly as in the photos, perfect and very cozy. The only drawback is the time it takes for the hot water to come out, which causes a lot of water to be wasted. Apart from that, everything has been great: a clean, pleasant and very well maintained space.
