Ca la Xaia is an authentic stone village house placed in the
centre of Pals, a privileged location in the Baix Empordà, just 5 minutes away from the beach. Recently restored with exquisite taste, with touches of sea and nature, it is perfect place of calm where you will enjoy the peacefulness next to the town and the sea.
On the ground floor there is the dining room with a fireplace, the open kitchen and a large TV room with access to the garden. The stone walls along with the Catalan vaults will make you feel the familiar warmth of the house. There is also a small toilet. The house has 4 well-equipped bedrooms and has
free wifi and heating in all its rooms.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: one double room with a bathroom with access to a terrace and with views of the garden and two double bedrooms with two single beds and another bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is an authentic attic with two single beds, an ideal place for the little ones to have a very original area.
The garden is small but very well distributed. Chaired by the
large pool and the
barbecue, it is an ideal place to sit outdoors and enjoy the calmness of this house in the centre of the village of Pals.

Also thought for the little ones: 1 cot (prior reservation) , 1 high chair.
