Ca l'Avi Pere is a real house located in the middle of Jafre, in the beautiful region of L'Empordà, on the left bank of the Ter river. Only 30 minutes away from Girona and 20 minutes away from the beach.
The entrance to the house is a small museum where you can find everything, as an old well, many farming tools, the sewing machine, old fishing rods and kitchen utensils to an even more modern table football.
On the main floor there is the large kitchen with a large table and a fireplace, a TV room, a bathroom with a bath and the bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (one with a bathroom), one bedroom with 2 single beds and a fourth bedroom ideal for the little ones, since it has 4 places distributed in 2 bunk beds.
The garden is full of natural touches, with bark soil, lemon tree, orange tree and aromatic plants. At the top of the garden we can find the pool, a soccer goal and the badminton net. An ideal place to enjoy the calm of an authentic townhouse.

The house is nside the village. It has a surface of 340 m2, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Outside swimming pool of 6,25x3 m and 1,45 m depth.
Cozy 242 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 25 m2 covered terrace.
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 1 cot and 2 high chair that we can prepare for free.
Animals are not accepted at this house.
