Ca l'Aiguadé is a house located in a small neighbourhood of the town of
Sant Jordi Desvalls, just a few minutes' walk from both the town centre and the train station. The house has been completely renovated and decorated with exquisite taste, combining a minimalist, contemporary style with original features that give it its rustic character. A perfect combination to enjoy a
cosy, comfortable and charming atmosphere, just 20 minutes from the best beaches of the Costa Brava.
The owners and their family live within the same estate, in completely independent buildings, thus guaranteeing the utmost privacy for guests during their stay.
The house has
4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All rooms have
heating. In addition, the bedrooms are equipped with
ceiling fans to make the summer nights more pleasant, and there is
air conditioning in the dining room on the ground floor and the living room on the first floor.
On the
ground floor, there is an
independent kitchen with a fireplace, a cosy space that invites you to cook and share good times. Next to the kitchen is the
dining room and a
game area equipped with table football with direct access to the outdoor courtyard. On the same floor, there is also a
spacious living room with television and a full bathroom.
On the
first floor are the bedrooms:
a triple bedroom, two double bedrooms and a single one, as well as a shared full bathroom. On this floor there is also a second
living room designed for relaxation and leisure, equipped with an arcade machine and a dartboard. From this room, you can access a
terrace with views of the surroundings where you can connect with nature and the calm of the rural world.
Outside, the house has a
patio with artificial grass presided over by the swimming pool, where there is also a
ping-pong table for adults and children alike to enjoy good times. Under the
porch there is a pleasant
chill-out area, an
outdoor dining area and a
barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals in the open aire.
