Ca la Gracieta is located in the old town of Cistella, a small town in the Alt Empordà with a rich history and natural heritage. The location of the estate is ideal for nature and gastronomy lovers, just a few kilometers from the Albera Natural Park and the Garrotxa region. The house is very well connected:
15 minutes from Figueres and 30 minutes from the border with France.
The house has been completely restored,
preserving original elements that give it an exquisite personality. Details such as: good decoration, guest comfort and energy efficiency have been taken into account. The
total capacity is for 8 people distributed in three rooms. On the ground floor is the common living room area with fireplace, dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen, all open in the same space. This same floor has a full bathroom with shower, a triple room with three single beds and a room with a double bed and the private bathroom with shower. The ground floor has a second access to the outside that connects the entire garden and access to the street.
Next to the main entrance and up the external stairs is the first floor, where there is a second and small living room and a second partially equipped kitchen. This floor also has a triple room with a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom with shower. The first floor has a covered terrace with sofas and a table with chairs.
The entire house is heated with underfloor heating and has an air conditioning system.
The garden at Ca la Gracieta is tastefully designed and equipped. It has a
saltwater pool, a porch area with a gas barbecue, a bathroom with a shower and a dining area with a table and chairs for the whole group. The property has private outdoor parking space for two vehicles,
electric car charger, a place to park bicycles and a hose. Just before the entrance to the house, in a
semi-covered space with table football. The surroundings of the house are quiet and sunny, ideal to rest.
