Ca la Glòria is a modern
single storey house located in the village of Centenys, in the heart of
Pla de l'Estany just 10 minutes from Banyoles. Surrounded by
open fields and magnificent views of the mountains . A modern, bright and functional house where you can enjoy nature.
The house has been recently renovated with modern and practical touches, with lots of light and with a single floor fully open to the outside.
At the entrance we find the dining room, large, warm and bright and the TV room with fireplace with direct access to the garden. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, has a second fireplace and also exit to the garden.
The corridor distributes the 4 bedrooms of Ca la Glòria (two doubles and two triples, all with air conditioning) and the 3 bathrooms with shower.
The garden is the main protagonist of the house, with the
pool overlooking the surrounding fields, it is the ideal place to enjoy
the best sunsets. In the porch area we find the modern
barbecue, the outdoor table and a sink. An ideal place to enjoy the best views of Pla de l'Estany.
